Position Summary
The Client Success Manager/ Jr Production Specialist is responsible for integrating our Production and Sales teams to ensure client satisfaction. Because the online marketing industry is so fast paced, the right person for the job will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and will understand the need to juggle shifting priorities. We train all new staff on the industry and the position itself, but we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of projects. We want to ensure the success of our Advertising partners with a specific focus on collecting creative and tracking assets as well as managing ongoing compliance initiatives to increase Advertiser satisfaction. The Client Success Manager/ Jr Production Specialist actively collaborates with all internal teams including Sales, Affiliate Marketing, and IT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with internal and external teams for creative approvals, subject line requests from the Affiliate Marketing Team
- Maintain the regularly scheduled seed report
- Monitor and follow up on company e-mail compliance utilizing external tools
- Track, maintain, and update databases for marketing campaigns with a high attention to detail
- Work as a liaison between Sales and Production teams to stage new offers in a timely manner
- Proactively communicate with advertisers and internal teams to develop optimized marketing campaigns and work effectively with internal teams to help ensure all advertisers and offers are running at their full potential
- Assist in the creative development process
- Manage house Advertiser accounts to ensure that advertiser potential is maximized
- Develop an understanding of industry performance and trends in order to provide insight to the team regarding new opportunities
- Proactively communicate with advertisers and internal teams to develop optimized marketing campaigns and work effectively with internal teams to help ensure all advertisers and offers are running at their full potential
- Communicate regularly and effectively with internal teams to reach revenue growth goals and improve internal processes
- Utilize internal systems to ensure a consistent and successful workflow
- Develop expert knowledge of Company processes
- Support Company goals by accepting ownership for achieving objectives
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
- Other duties will be assigned as growth continues

Salary Range: $40k, DOE
Position Status: Full Time, M-F 9a-6p
